2026-2027 Academic Year Admission for International Students

一、 申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。

2.年龄、学历、语言要求：

●申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士研究生或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过35周岁；申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有本科或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过30周岁；申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过25周岁；申请非学历语言项目者，应当具有高中或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过30周岁；

●申请以中文为专业教学语言的攻读学位者，中文水平要求须达到汉语水平考试 HSK四级 180分及以上；

●本科申请人应当提供相应的CSCA成绩并同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。

Eligibility:

1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically.

2. Age，education background, language proficiency

●Applicants must be a master’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for PhD programs; Applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 30 when applying for master’s programs; Applicants must be high school diploma holder under the age of 25 when applying for bachelor’s programs; Applicants must be high school diploma holder under the age of 30 when applying for non-degree language programs;

●Applicants must have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK4(with the score no lower than 180),  when applying for Chinese taught programs;

●Applicants must and provide the result of CSCA exam, meet the admission requirements of the applied universities in terms of academic ability, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria when applying for bachelor’s programs.

二、申请材料

1.《赣南师范大学留学生入学申请表》（中文或英文填写）。

2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于 2030 年 9 月），请及时换发新护照。

3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。 如非中/英文版本，需另提供原件和经公证的中/英文翻译件。

4.学习成绩单（自前置学位阶段起）。如非中/英文版本，需另提供原件和经公证的中/英文翻译件。  

5.CSCA 测试科目成绩（仅限本科项目，提交截止日期：2026 年 7 月 10 日）。

6.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的 HSK 成绩报告。申请以外语为专业教学语言的申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单。

7.推荐信。申请硕士研究生项目或博士研究生项目，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，只可用中文或英文书写。

8. 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通 常应为提交申请之日前 3 个月以内的证明文件。

9.《外国人体格检查表》复印件，须中文或英文填写，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。

10.年龄不满 18 周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

11.个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，可通过“作品/其他支撑材料”上传个人作品类材料（如影像、绘画作品等），亦可按照申请院校要求以其他方式提供。

12.银行存款证明。

Application Documents

1. Application Form GNNU (filled in Chinese or English);

2. Passport home page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2030), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;

3. Highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translated version;

4. Academic transcripts(pre-degree period). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translated version;

5. CSCA test results (only for bachelor’s program application, deadline for submission is July 10th , 2026);

6. Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports in accordance with the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements. Applicants for English-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates according to the universities’ requirements, like IELTS or TOFEL report;

7. Recommendation letters. For master’s or PhD program application, two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors should be submitted;

8. Non-criminal record report. The applicant should submit a valid certificate of Non-criminal record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 3 months prior to the submission date of the application;

9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (filled in Chinese or English). Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months;

10. Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China;

11. Example of art. To apply for majors related to art or design, applicants could submit their own works through “Example of Art/Other Supporting Documents” in the system. Applicants could also provide such materials to the applied universities directly in other ways;

12. Bank Statement.

1. 申请人访问“赣南师范大学国际学生申请系统”网站: http://iesapply.gnnu.edu.cn/

2. 点击“Signup”注册账户

3. 进入系统开始申请程序

¿申请截止日期为2026年6月30日。

2. Click “Signup”to create an account;

3. Log in the system and start the application procedure.

四、招生专业和授课语言

五、收费标准

1. 学费

●博士：25000元/人/年；●硕士研究生：18000元/人/年；

●本科：14000元/人/年；●语言（非学历）：8000元/人/年

2. 住宿费（室内提供空调、独立卫生间、公共厨房和公共洗衣烘衣机）

●双人间：3000元/人/年；●四人间:  1500元/人/年

3. 其他

●报名费：800元/年；●保险费：800元/年；

●签证费：400元/次（年）；●入境体检费：350元/人

●PhD Programs : 25,000 RMB/year

●Master Programs: 18,000 RMB/year

●Undergraduate Programs: 14,000 RMB/year

●Chinese Language (Non-Degree) Programs: 8,000 RMB/year

Accommodation Fee(furnished with air-conditioning, individual bathroom, public kitchen and public laundry facilities)

●Double room: 3,000 RMB/year           ●Four-bed room: 1,500 RMB/year

Other fees

●Registration Fee: 800 RMB                  ●Insurance: 800 RMB/ year

●Resident Permit: 400 RMB/year        ●Medical Test: 350 RMB/person

六、奖学金

赣南师范大学对就读我校的学历生新生提供 2026-2027 学年“ 留学赣师 ”奖学金，期限为一年。享受奖学金后缴费标准具体如下：

Scholarship

Gannan Normal University will provide GNNU A scholarship(Duration: 1 year) for new degree students in 2026 batch study at our University, students with scholarship should pay as following for the first year:

七、录取与报到注册

1.  学校将对申请者的申请材料进行审核，并对初审合格的申请者安排面试。

2.  录取人选由学校评审。学校将向评审通过者邮寄《录取通知书》并办理《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202表）等相关资料。

3.  新生应在学校规定时间内到校报到注册。不能按时报到者，须向学校说明情况。无故逾期两周不报到者，取消入学资格。

Admission and Registration

1.  The university will review all applicants’ application documents and arrange the admission interview;

2. The university will give approval after the interview. Then university will mail Admission Notice and apply for Conformation Form for Study in China (JW202);

3. New students should complete registration procedures before the registration deadline given by the university. Those who are unable to register on time should report to the University in advance. Those who have failed to register two weeks after the deadline will be disqualified.

八、其他

1.  被录取的学生应需持申请时递交的材料原件，按录取通知书和 JW202 表上规定的时间到赣南师范大学办理报到手续。

2.  学校将在留学生报到时进行资格复查，有以下情形之一者，由学校取消其入学资格（所产生的各类费用由学生本人承担）：

●所持材料与申请时所提交材料不一致；

●体检不合格；

●其他违规行为。

Other details

1. Admitted applicants should provide original documents to register at Gannan Normal University on time for the official registration as scheduled on the Conformation Form for Study in China (JW202);

2. The university will recheck the student’s documents when the student arrives at school. The university has the right to reject the applicants’ registration under the following circumstances:

●applicant provides unauthentic or inconsistent documents for application;

●applicant is failed in the physical examination;

●other violations.

All expenses incurred have to be paid on his/her own.
