Administrative Measures for
International Postgraduate Students
at Gannan Normal University (Revised Version）
为规范学校留学研究生管理行为，根据国务院学位委员会《关于普通高等学校授予来华留学生我国学位试行办法》（学位〔1991〕17号），教育部、外交部、公安部《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（2017年第42号），教育部《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》（教外〔2018〕50号）等文件精神，结合学校留学研究生的具体实际，特制定本办法。
In accordance with the policies of the People’s Republic of China, including Trial Measures for Granting Degrees to Foreign Students in China by Ordinary Higher Education Institutions, Administrative Measures for Recruiting and Cultivating International Students and Quality Standard of Higher Education for Foreign Students in China (Trial Version), and the actual situations of the international postgraduate students at our university, we have established these measures to effectively administer the studies of our international postgraduate students.
第一章 入学与注册
Section One Enrollment and Registration
第一条 凡申请进入学校学习的留学研究生，应符合以下基本条件：
（一）申请者须提供有效的汉语水平考试（HSK）合格证书，中文授课专业须达到HSK4级180分（含）及以上；英语授课相关专业要求具有较好的英语语言基础和能力；
（二）申请者须具有相应的本科学历；
（三）提供学校当年招生简章规定的有关材料，经国际教育学院、拟就读学院审核，学校主管领导审批，并报上级主管部门批准后，方可入学。如学生入学时提交的申请材料被其他相关机构证明存在不实信息或故意隐瞒重要信息，将视情节轻重给予处分，直至开除学籍。凡属弄虚作假、徇私舞弊取得学籍者，不论何时发现，一经查实，即取消入学资格或学籍。
1. International students who apply for full-time postgraduate programs should meet the following basic entry requirements:
a. Degree applicants should provide valid HSK certificates: students apply for Chinese taught majors should provide certificate of HSK Band 4 with a score of 180 or above; students apply for English-taught majors are required to have good English language foundation and capacities;
b. Degree applicants should provide bachelor’s degree certificate;
c. Degree applicants should submit the documents required by Gannan Normal University International Student Prospectus. After reviewed by the International Educational School, Related School and approved by the university principals, the student can be admitted to study at Gannan Normal University. If the application documents submitted by the student are proved by other relevant institutions to contain false information or intentionally concealing important information, the student will be punished according to the seriousness of the case, up to expulsion from school. Those who have obtained student status through fraud or favoritism, no matter when they are found, once verified, the admission qualification or student status will be revoked.
第二条 经正式录取的留学新生，应持来华学习签证（X1签证、X2签证）、JW202或JW201、《录取通知书》和本人护照按学校有关要求和规定的期限到国际教育学院办理入学手续。因故不能按期报到者，应及时以书面形式并附上有关证明材料向国际教育学院请假，请假时间一般不得超过2周。未经请假或请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由外，视为放弃入学资格。
2. New students should arrive at the school on time as required by the university with valid visa (X1 or X2), JW202 or JW201 form, the admission notice and passport for enrollment. Students who are not able to arrive on time should submit formal written notice to request an approval of late arrival. For most cases, the maximum of this period of absence is 2 weeks. Once enrolled, if a student leaves without permission or the period of absence exceeds the permitted leave time, he will be regarded as giving up the admission, except for legitimate reasons such as a major critical event.
第三条 留学新生来华后须到学校指定的三级甲等医院进行体检，体检不合格者不予注册，取消入学资格。不符合中国卫生检疫法规定的健康标准者，应立即离境，一切费用自理。
3. New students should go through a physical examination according to the university’s schedule in the Ganzhou of City at a Class A tertiary hospital. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be registered and will be disqualified for admission. Those who do not meet the health standards instituted in the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China will be required to leave the country immediately at their own expenses.
第四条 留学新生入学后，学校在3个月内按照国家招生规定对其资格进行复查，复查合格者予以注册，取得学籍。
每学期开学时，留学研究生应按学校规定的日期到国际教育学院办理注册手续，缴清本学年规定费用的留学研究生予以注册，留学研究生注册后，方有资格参加学校教学计划安排的所有活动。未按时缴纳学校规定费用者，不予注册，自动取消其学籍。
因故不能如期到校注册者，须提前请假并办理暂缓注册手续，否则以旷课论处。对无故不按时注册者，逾期2周以内，给予严重警告至留校察看处分；逾期超过2周，视为放弃学籍，予以退学处理。凡因休学、保留学籍或其他原因离校的留学研究生，未经学校批准，不得复学注册。
4. International students’ qualification will be reviewed again within 3 months after their enrollment according to the national enrollment regulations, and those who pass the review will be registered and gain the student status.
At the beginning of each semester, international postgraduate students are required to register at International Education School and clear all school fees on time. Only registered students are eligible to attend university activities as scheduled. Students who fail to clear the school fees on time will not be registered and their student status will be revoked automatically.
Those who are unable to register on time must get permission for late registration, otherwise they will be considered as truants. For those who are late for registration without a valid reason, if late by less than 2 weeks, the students will be given punishment from serious warning to probation; if late by more than 2 weeks, the students will be expelled from the university. Postgraduate students who leave the university due to suspension, retaining student status or other reasons are allowed to resume their studies only after their application approved by the university.
第五条 留学新生入学后，应在导师指导下，在2周内制订好培养计划。培养计划的制订应符合专业培养方案的要求，也要适合留学研究生本人的实际水平。培养计划经导师同意后执行。
5. After the registration, international postgraduate students must submit the course plan for under the guidance of their supervisors in 2 weeks. The course plan is based on the study program and should be specific for individual students. The course plan will be implemented after approved by the student’s supervisor.
第二章 考核与考勤
Section Two Assessment and Attendance
第六条 留学研究生须参加培养方案规定的课程学习和考核，考核成绩记入成绩册，并归入本人档案。
留学研究生可免修公共英语课和政治理论课，相应学分须修读国际教育学院开设的汉语和中国文化概况类课程。以上课程应在中期考核前修完，如学生已修读过以上课程，可以选择本专业的选修课以替代学分。留学研究生的第一外语是汉语，汉语是学位基础课。
6. International postgraduate students should take all courses and assessments as regulated by the postgraduate study program. The results will be recorded and placed on file.
International postgraduate students are exempt from the courses of English Language and Political Theories. The credits can be replaced by the Chinese Language and Cultural courses offered by International Education School. Alternative courses for English Language and Political Theories should be finished before the Postgraduate Academic Assessment in the forth term. Students who finished all of the alternative courses but still haven’t received required amount of credits can use their optional major courses for supplement. The first foreign language for international postgraduate students is Chinese, and Chinese Language courses are compulsory courses in study program for major students.
第七条 考核分为考试和考查两种。具体按《赣南师范大学研究生课程教学管理办法》执行。
7. Types of assessment are: examination and non-examination. Details concerning assessment are arranged in accordance with Postgraduate Curriculum and Teaching Administrative Measures at Gannan Normal University.
第八条 根据教学计划的总体安排，留学研究生应在规定时间参加课程考核，不得无故缺考。凡擅自缺考、考核作弊的留学研究生，该课程成绩以零分计。成绩册上注“缺考”或“作弊”字样，不得参加补考，须重修该课程。考核作弊或协助作弊及其他违反考场纪律的留学研究生，视其情节轻重，按有关规定，给予批评教育和相应的纪律处分。
8. According to the curriculum, international postgraduate students should attend course assessments unless they have valid reasons for being excused. Students who are absent without permission or caught cheating during a assessment, the assessment result will be graded as Zero. Students with “absent” or “cheating” for the assessments marked on the score book, are disqualified for the make-up assessment and must retake the course. Cheating in assessment, assisting in cheating, and other violations of discipline will be subject to corresponding disciplinary sanctions according to the seriousness of the case.
第九条 留学研究生须按时参加教学计划规定的课程和学校与国际教育学院统一安排、组织的活动。留学研究生上课实行考勤制。因故不能参加者，须事先请假并获得批准。未经批准缺席或请假逾期者，视为旷课，旷课学时以考勤记录为准（连续旷课以天计算，旷课一天按5学时计算）。对旷课的留学研究生，根据旷课时间多少、情节轻重，给予批评教育，直至纪律处分。
9. International postgraduate students should attend courses offered by the curriculum and activities organized by the university or International Education School on time. Students’ attendance will be assessed. Those who cannot attend classes or other activities for any reason should request permission from International Education School. Students who leave without permission or take leave longer than permitted, will be regarded as truants. The the period of absence will be decided by the records of students’ attendance. Continuous absence is recorded by day, and 1 day of absence is recorded as 5 class periods. Disciplinary sanctions will be implemented according to the period of absence and the seriousness of the case.
第十条 留学研究生请假须填写《赣南师范大学留学生请假申请表》，具体要求为：
（一）审批程序：请假1天，由导师审批；请假2～3天，由导师、就读学院审批，报国际教育学院备案；4天及以上，由导师、就读学院同意，报国际教育学院批准；
（二）请假期限：请事假时间原则上不得超过14天；请病假须持有医院开具的诊断证明，请假时间原则上不超过30天；
（三）请假者须在请假期满后及时销假。
10. International postgraduate students should submit the Application Form for Leave for International Students at GNNU.
a. Approval procedure: Leave of 1 day should be effective after approved by the supervisor; leave of 2 to 3 days should be effective after approved by the supervisor and Related School, and reported to International Education School for record; leave of 4 days or more should be effective after approved by the supervisor, Related School and International Education School.
b. Effective leave period: For most cases, generally the maximum of the leave period is 14 days. A sick leave requires a medical certificate issued by a hospital, and generally the maximum of the sick leave period is 30 days;
c. Students ask for leave should report to International Education School office when the leave finishes.
第十一条 留学研究生假期回国，不得提前离校，并应按规定准时返校，逾期不返校者以旷课论处；其它时间离校均应办理请假手续。
11. International postgraduate students leaving China during holidays are not allowed to leave school before all classes and assessments finish and should return to school on time for next semester. Those who do not return as required will be regarded as truants. Students who leave school during the semester should follow the leave application procedures.
第十二条 留学研究生享受中国法定节假日及学校的寒暑假。若逢留学研究生本国的重大节日，可向国际教育学院及就读学院申请休假1天。此类休假每年不得超过2次。
12.International postgraduate students can have time off for Chinese national holidays and summer/winter vacations. Students can apply for one-day leave after approved by International Education School on the occasion of important holidays of their countries. The application for holiday leave can be approved twice a year as maximum.
第三章 学制与学习年限
Section Three Program Duration and Study Period
第十三条 留学硕士研究生的基本学制为3年，实行2至5年弹性学制，另有规定除外。
13. The general program duration for international postgraduate students is 3 years, and the university implements a flexible program duration of 2 to 5 years for postgraduates, unless otherwise specified.
第十四条 留学研究生提前修满培养方案中规定的学分，完成了规定的教学实践等环节，学业成绩优秀，同时符合下列1和2条件，可以申请提前进入毕业程序。提前毕业者在校总计学习年限不得少于2年。
（一）课程学习成绩应在本专业同年级前30%以内；
（二）有本专业重要创新研究成果或重大实践成果，或在本专业国家级核心刊物上正式发表与本专业相关学术论文1篇（本人为第一作者），或在省级刊物正式发表与本专业相关学术论文2篇（本人为第一作者）。
14. International postgraduate students who have obtained all the credits stipulated in the study program, the required teaching practice and other phases, have excellent academic performance and meet both of the following conditions, may apply for early graduation. The study period for postgraduates should not be less than 2 years.
(1) the student’s academic performance ranks in the first 30% in the grade of the major;
(2) the student has major innovative research achievements or practical achievements; or has published at least one academic article related to his major as the first author on a national core journal; or published at least 2 academic articles related to his major as the first author on a provincial journal.
第十五条 留学研究生如未能按期完成学习任务，经短期延长学习年限可取得明显成效，可申请延长学习年限。延长学习年限一般以学期为单位，不得超过2学年，即在校学习时间总计不得超过5年，否则按肄业或结业处理。延长学习期间的所有费用由留学研究生本人自理，不享受奖学金。
Students who haven’t finished their study in the regular program duration may apply for study period extension if expected to be effective. The study period is extended by year and 2 years as maximum. The study period should not be longer than 5 years, or it will be regarded as non-completion or completion of study. Students must continue with their study at their own expenses without any scholarship in the study period extended.
第十六条 留学研究生申请提前毕业或延长学习年限的程序为：本人提出申请，经导师、就读学院同意，国际教育学院审核，报分管校领导批准。
16. International postgraduate students’ application for early graduation or extension of study period should be approved by the supervisor, Related School, International Education School and the principal in charge.
第四章 转学、转专业与转导师
Section Four University Transfer, Change of Major
and Supervisor Adjustment
第十七条 留学研究生入学后，一般不受理转专业、转学，但有下列情形之一者，可申请转专业、转学：
（一）能提供充足的佐证材料，转专业、转学后更能发挥其特长者；
（二）入学后发现某种疾病或生理缺陷，经学校指定的医疗单位检查证明，不能在原专业学习，但尚能在其他专业学习者；
（三）经学校认可，留学研究生确有某种特殊困难或非本人原因，不转专业或不转学则无法继续学习者；
17. International postgraduate students who wish to change the major and/or transfer to another university can do so only under one of the following conditions:
a. Students who can justify to possess particular skills or knowledge, and can better meet their goals by changing their major or university transfer;
b. Students who suffer an illness or physical defect which deters studies in their major but would not impede studies in another major;
c. Students of a particular case acknowledged by the university or for objective reason are unable to proceed with their studies without changing the major or university transfer.
第十八条 留学生研究生有下列情形之一者，不得转专业：
（一）入学未满1学期者；
（二）研究生二年级（含）以上者；
（三）正在休学者；
（四）应予退学者；
（五）有学校处分记录者；
（六）在校期间已进行了一次转专业者；
（七）其他无正当理由者。
18. International postgraduate students under any one of the following conditions are not allowed to change their major:
a. Students who are in their first semester of school;
b. Students who are in grade two or higher;
c. Students who are in suspension period;
d. Students who have already been excluded from the university;
e. Students who have been given any disciplinary sanction by the university;
f. Students who have already changed major;
g. Students who have no justification to change the major.
第十九条 留学研究生有下列情形之一者，可申请转导师：
（一）导师因故无法继续指导；
（二）留学研究生确因特殊原因需转导师。
19. International postgraduate students can apply to make supervisor adjustment under one of the following conditions:
a. the supervisor is unable to continue performing his mentoring role adequately;
b. the student has the justification to make adjustment.
第二十条 留学生转专业、转学、转导师均由留学研究生本人提出书面申请并附有关证明材料。按下列办法办理：
（一）留学研究生转专业，经就读学院、拟转入学院同意，报国际教育学院审批；
（二）留学研究生转学，经两校同意，可办理转学手续；
（三）留学研究生转学手续，上半年应在5月底前申请，下半年应在11月底前申请，其他时间一般不予申请；
（四）任何转专业申请需符合学校各专业留学研究生录取标准；
（五）留学研究生转导师，经转出、转入双方导师同意，由就读学院主管领导批准，报国际教育学院备案。
20. Students who wish to change their major, transfer to another university or make adjustment of supervisor should submit written application with justifying documents, and adhere to the following guidelines:
a. International postgraduate students who wish to change to another major should get approval from both their Related School and the school in which they intend to study, and then report to International Educational School for permission;
b. International students who wish to transfer to another university should get approval from both universities;
c. International students should submit application for changing major procedure before the end of May for the first half of each year and before the end of November for the second half of each year, and the application will not be processed for the rest of the year;
d. Applicant of major-changing should meet entry requirement of the applied major;
e. International postgraduate students who wish to change to another supervisor should get approval from their supervisor, the supervisor they intend to apply to and their Related School, then report to International Educational School for permission.
第五章 休学与复学
Section Five Suspension and Study Resumption
第二十一条 留学研究生因病或其它特殊情况，可以申请休学。留学研究生有以下情形之一者，应作休学处理：
（一）经医院诊断无法参加教学活动，治疗或休养时间达到或超过1学期总学时1/3者；
（二）根据考勤，1学期内请事假缺课超过该学期总学时1/3者；
（三）因特殊原因，本人申请或学校认为必须休学者。
21. International postgraduate students suffer an illness or are under other exceptional conditions can apply for suspension. Students under one of the following conditions should be suspended from school:
a. Students diagnosed by the hospital as unable to participate in any classes or activities, with treatment or leave period reaching or exceeding 1/3 of the total class periods of one semester；
b. Students whose have been absent from 1/3 or more of the semester’s total class periods;
c. Students who apply for suspension for particular reasons or who the university regards as necessary to suspend for particular reasons.
第二十二条 留学研究生休学期限一般为1学期，特殊情况经同意可申请连续休学，但累计不得超过2年。
22. Suspension period is generally allowed to be 1 academic year. With school approval, students can have suspension period for up to 2 academic years. The maximum leave periods should not be more than 2 academic years.
第二十三条 留学研究生休学办理流程：
（一）由本人提出书面申请，并附有关证明（因病休学者须持有医院签署意见的病情证明书），经导师同意，就读学院审核后，报国际教育学院批准。
（二）应当休学而不办理休学手续者，由就读学院提出具体处理意见，报国际教育学院批准。
（三）休学留学研究生须在接到休学通知之日起2周内办理离校手续，学校保留其学籍。休学期间不享受在校留学研究生待遇，不得参与学校一切教学活动。
（四）因病休学的留学研究生，应回国疗养。
（五）留学研究生休学回国及回国期间的一切费用自理。
23. International postgraduate students who intend to apply for suspension should adhere to the following guidelines:
a. Students should submit the written application with justifying documents. Students apply for suspension due to illness should also submit a certified hospital analysis of their illness. After approval is obtained from the supervisor and the Related School, student should submit the application to International Education School for permission.
b. For those who should be suspended but refuse to take the procedures for suspension, Related School should give suggested resolution to International Educational School for permission;
c. Students must complete the school leaving procedure within 2 weeks after receiving the suspension notice, and the university will retain the student status for the student. During the period of suspension, students do not enjoy the welfare of international students at school and are not allowed to participate in any activities of the school;
d. Students suspended for illness should return to home countries for recuperation.
e. During the suspension period, international students should bear all expenses incurred, including travelling expenses and other expenses in student’s home country.
第二十四条 留学研究生休学期满复学办理流程：
（一）应于学期开学后2周内持有关证件，向国际教育学院提交复学书面申请；
（二）因病休学的留学研究生，申请复学时须提交所在国公立医院开具的健康证明材料，并经中国三级甲等医院复查合格，方可申请复学；
（三）休学期间，如发现有严重违法乱纪、不宜继续培养者，经学校批准，取消其复学资格，予以退学处理。
24. International postgraduate students whose suspension period has ended should adhere to the following guidelines:
a. International students should submit written application with relevant documents for resumption of studies to International Education School within 2 weeks after the start of the semester;
b. Students suspended for illness should give medical certificate given by state-owned hospital of home country and pass the re-examination by a Class A tertiary hospital in China before they submit application for resuming school.
c. Students who violate the law and discipline during suspension period will not be allowed to resume study and will be seen as withdrawal from school.
第六章 退 学
Section Six Withdrawal
第二十五条 除本办法其它条款所列退学或开除学籍的情况外，留学研究生有下列情形之一者，应予退学：
（一）留校察看期间，受退学警告者；
（二）无论何种原因，连续3次或累计4次被退学警告者；
（三）经学校指定医院诊断，患有精神上的重大疾病及其他严重传染病等疾病，或者意外伤残无法在学校继续学习者；
（四）在学校规定年限内（含休学）未完成学业者；
（五）休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格者；
（六）经过考核认为不宜继续培养者；
（七）本人申请退学者。
25. International postgraduate students under any one of the following conditions should withdraw from the university:
a. Students who receive expulsion warning when they are on probation;
b. Expulsion warning given 3 times in succession or 4 times in total;
c. Students who are diagnosed with mental disorder, epilepsy, leprosy or other serious infectious diseases by a Class A tertiary hospital or a hospital of higher level; Students who suffer from an accidental disability that prevents him from continuing his studies at university;
d. Students who didn’t meet all graduation requirements within the regular study period;
e. Students who didn’t give application to resume study in the required time period or didn’t pass resumption assessment at the end of suspension period；
f. Students who are acknowledged by the university to be unable to proceed with their studies；
g. Students who apply to leave the university themselves.
第二十六条 留学研究生退学，由本人或导师提出书面申请报告，并附相关证明材料（因病退学者须持有医院签署意见的病情证明书），经就读学院同意和国际教育学院审核。
26. For withdrawal from school, a written application report shall be submitted by the applicant or the supervisor, with the justifying documents(Students applying for withdrawal for illness should enclose a hospital diagnostic report). The application should be submitted to the Related School and International Education School for permission.
第二十七条 对留学研究生的退学处理，由国际教育学院会议研究决定，报学校审批。对退学的留学研究生，由国际教育学院出具退学决定书并送达本人。因特殊情况无法联系本人的，自发布公告之日起15天后，即视为送达。
27. The withdrawal decision to be issued should be considered and authorized by International Educational School meeting, before reported to the university for approval. For those who withdraw from school, International Education School will issue the decision of withdrawal in written form to the students in person. Due to particular circumstances, those who cannot be delivered to will be deemed to be notified after 15 days of the announcement.
第二十八条 退学的善后问题，按下列规定办理：
（一）退学和因各种原因处理离校的留学研究生，应当在决定公布之日起2周内办理离校手续并离开学校。不再享受在校生的一切待遇。
（二）经诊断为精神病等不符合体检标准之疾病（包括意外致残）者，原则上由留学研究生所在国驻华使（领）馆、学生家长或抚养人负责领回。
（三）自动退学和被退学处理的留学研究生由学校发给学习证明，学习时间满1年者发给肄业证书。
（四）开除学籍的留学研究生只发学习证明，不发给肄业证书。
（五）未经学校批准，擅自离校的留学研究生不发给肄业证书和学习证明。
（六）自动退学、作退学处理或被开除学籍的留学研究生，不退还任何费用。
28. Students who withdraw from the university must adhere to the following guidelines:
a. Students who withdraw from school or leave school for specific reasons shall complete the school leaving procedure and leave the university within 2 weeks after the announcement, and will not enjoy the welfare of international students at school.
b. Students diagnosed with mental disorders or illnesses which do not meet the health standards will be delivered to their country’s embassy/consulate or to their parents/guardians.
c. The International Educational School will issue study notice for students who apply for withdrawal or are regarded as withdrawal from school and non-completion certificate for those completed one academic year of study.
d. The International Educational School will issue only study notice to students expelled from the university.
e. Students who leave the university without approval will not be given any type of statement or certification.
f. Fees will not be refunded to students who withdraw from the university or leave without approval.
第二十九条 留学研究生对退学处理有异议的，在本人接到退学决定书之日起5个工作日内，可向赣南师范大学学生申诉处理委员会提出申诉。
29. If a student has objection to the decision on his withdrawal from school, he may, within 5 work days from the receipt of the written decision from the university, submit a written application to the Student Appeal Committee.
第七章 毕业、结业与肄业
Section Seven Graduation, Completion and Non-Completion
第三十条 留学研究生在学校规定年限内，修完培养方案规定内容，成绩合格，经毕业资格审查，达到毕业要求的，学校准予毕业并发给毕业证书。
30. Students who, in the regular study period, have completed their courses specified in the study program and received required credits will be allowed to graduate and receive graduation certificates.
第三十一条 留学研究生通过培养方案规定的课程学习，但学位（毕业）论文答辩未通过者，准予结业，发给结业证书。
结业留学研究生经学位论文答辩委员会同意，可在一年内修改论文，向学校申请补答辩一次。补答辩通过者颁发毕业证书；补答辩仍未通过者，以后不得再补答辩。
31. Students have completed their courses specified in the study program, but fails to pass the dissertation defense, are allowed to complete the study and will receive only completion certificate.
With the approval of the Dissertation Defense Committee, students should revise the dissertation within 1 year and apply to the university for a supplementary defense. Those who pass the defense will be awarded graduation certificate; If student fails to pass the defense, he shall not make up the defense again.
第三十二条 符合《赣南师范大学来华留学生学位授予工作细则》条件者，学校颁发学位证书。
32. For students who meet the standards instituted in Detailed Rules for Degree Awarding International Students at Gannan Normal University, the university will issue degree certificate.
第三十三条 留学研究生结业或毕业，须在离校前1周凭本人学生证到国际教育学院领取《离校通知单》，办理离校手续。不办理离校手续而离校的留学研究生，学校将不负责提供其在校的学习证明、学习成绩单及毕（结）业证书等材料。
32. Students should collect the School Leaving Form from International Education School and complete leaving procedure at least 1 week before leaving the university. Students must undergo all the procedures as listed on the form before leaving the university. For students who leave without completion of the procedure, the university will not issue study certificates, transcripts, completion and/or degree certificates.
第三十四条 毕业生对学校所发证书（毕业、学位和肄业证书）应妥善保存，如有遗失或损毁不再补发。如确属需要，应由本人按程序申请，经国际教育学院审查核实后，按学校规定流程出具相应的证明书。该证明书与原证书具有同等效力。
34. Students who have graduated should retain graduation diplomas, degree certificates, and/or non-completion certificate issued by the university. Lost certificates will not be replaced. Only a testimonial of study can be issued upon a student’s request according to regulated procedures, once approval is granted by the university.

Section Eight Supplementary Provisions
第三十五条 本办法适用于在校学习的留学研究生，未尽事宜可参照《赣南师范大学硕士研究生学籍管理办法》执行。
35. The Measures above are applicable to all international postgraduate students at Gannan Normal University. For matters not mentioned herein, please refer to “Administrative Measures for Full-Time Postgraduate Students at Gannan Normal University” for implementation.
第三十六条 本办法自发文之日起施行，由国际教育学院负责解释。原《赣南师范大学全日制留学研究生学籍管理实施细则》（师大发〔2020〕12号）同时废止。
36. The Measures above are effective from here onward. The right of interpreting the details of these regulations belongs to International Education School.
